About Me

Thanks for visiting! Part catharsis and part informational, my goal through this blog is to offer my experiences on a variety of topics in support of others with dysautonomia, POTS and chronic illness.

I believe, and am continually reminded, that life takes a lot of hope, faith and perseverance… and in my case, a lot of salt as well! At the age of 29, when I believed I was in my prime, I suddenly became ill with dysautonomia/postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS). In addition, a year later I was found to be suffering from adrenal fatigue as well. It has been a whirlwind and life-altering experience, but I am determined to learn my way through this challenge.

Feel free to reach out to me on Twitter, via the comments or through the contact form on this page.  I would love to hear from you.
